Supports those wishing to offer their services as non-executive director (NXD) and those looking to recruit and appoint a NXD in the NGO/NFP/Charitable/Quango sector. It will be of special relevance to current NXDs who require help clarifying their role and their key accountabilities in what can be an increasingly complex area.
